3. Cancellation or Changes by Organizer
-
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour up to 90 days before the start date if minimum group size is not met, or due to force majeure (natural disasters, governmental travel restrictions, etc.).
-
In such cases, you decide on either:
a) A full refund of all amounts paid, or
b) A credit toward a future tour date (valid for 12 months). -
We are not responsible for any incidental costs incurred by the participant (e.g., flights, travel insurance).
4. Substitution / Transfer of Booking
-
You may transfer your booking to another person at no cost, provided we are notified in writing at least 45 days before the tour start date, and the substitute meets all eligibility requirements.
-
Name changes after 45 days or no-shows are not accepted, and the full cancellation policy applies.
5. Price Adjustments & Changes to Itinerary
-
While we aim to maintain the itinerary as described, circumstances (weather, scheduling conflicts, professional availability) may require changes. We reserve the right to substitute equivalent accommodations, adjust the schedule, or alter the sequence of visits.
-
Any major changes will be communicated as soon as possible; participants will be offered the option to accept the revised plan or request a refund (limited to unused portion of the tour price, excluding deposit).
6. Participant Responsibilities
-
Participants must arrive on time and follow the schedule unless otherwise agreed.
-
Participants are responsible for obtaining valid passport/visa, travel insurance, and any required travel documents.

Participants must behave respectfully towards local laws, customs, hosts, and each other. The organizer reserves the right to exclude from the tour any participant whose behavior is detrimental to other guests or to local partners — without refund.
