I had been thinking about creating an in-depth program about buying property in Italy for some time. After all, from personal experience, I knew how complicated the whole thing could be. From figuring out how to get a mortgage to the sometimes small, sometimes huge lies I heard coming out of the mouths of real estate agents.
And I speak Italian fluently! And had a super knowledgeable Italian man (aka the hubby) to help me along the way! I could only imagine what it was like for people who didn't have all of the assistance I did.
Along the way, I became obsessed with Auction properties. After all, I like the finer things in life. I just also happened to be looking in Milan -the most expensive real estate market in Italy. I like having those nice things at the best possible price!
So after going back and forth for a few months about whether I should create a program all about buying property in Italy... I sat down on a stool in my kitchen and asked God what do it.
